Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

  • Upon arrival, you are warmly welcomed by our local guide and transfer to hotel for check-in.
  • Hotel room is at your disposal from 14:00 pm.
  • Free at your leisure in the rest of the day.
  • Meals are on your own.
  • Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour. (B,L)

  • After breakfast at hotel, You will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (where the preserved body of "Uncle Ho" may be viewed), his nearbyhouse on stilts, the lotus-shaped One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple, the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and other lesser known museums.
  • Following lunch at a local restaurant.
  • In the afternoon, continue to the Museum of Ethnology, which focuses on the 54 officially recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam.
  • Then, you will enjoy a one hour cyclo ride around Hanoi's Old Quarter.
  • In the evening, you will enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.
  • Dinner on your own.
  • Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi Arrival – Halong Bay Cruise / Overnight on Junk.(B,L,D)

  • After breakfast at hotel, pick-up from your hotel, you will leave Hanoi by private car/van at 8:30 am, arriving at the jetty around 12:30 pm.
  • You will be welcomed aboard and set sail through the bay while lunch is served.
  • You will pass through the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons' teeth.
  • After lunch, you will take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay dotted with golden sails, and then go swimming on a quiet beach or sunbathing on the sundeck.
  • Later in the afternoon, you will visit an interesting fishing village with the opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations.
  • Back on board, you can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset. Later, you will unwind ata lavish dinner before an overnight stay on the deluxe junk.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi. Hanoi - Danang/Hoian by plane (B,L)

  • Greet the day with a morning tai chi session, with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay.
  • After breakfast, you willvisit a beautiful limestone grotto and then go back to the boat for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock.
  • Checkout is at 11:45 am and the boat arrives at the harbor by noon for the drive back to Hanoi.
  • Transfered to the airport to take the evening flight to Danang. Upon arrival Danang, transfered to your hotel in Hoian.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Hoian.

Day 5: Hoian Ancient Town and Myson sanctuary. (B,L)

  • Drive to My Son, a World Heritage, 50 km southwest of Hoi An. Located in a lush valley, My Son was a capital and religious center of Cham people, now remaining with red brick towers and sanctuaries. My Son, considered to be in the same league as some of Southeast Asia s greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. These towers and sanctuaries was built from the 7 to 13 centuries.
  • After lunch at local restaurant, we visit Hoian.
  • Hoian Old Quarter including 400 years old Japanese Bridge, 300 years old Chinese temple, 200 years old Vietnamese.
  • Return to your hotel and spend the night at the hotel in Hoian.

Day 6: Danang Half Day tour. Land transfer Hoian - Hue. (B)

  • Today, journey south past the Hai Van Pass and Land Co, over a spur of the Truong Son Mountain Range that juts into the Vietnam’s East Sea, with spectacular views along the way.
  • Upon arrival in Danang, visit the Cham Museum, which features a fine collection of openair sandstone carvings. Stop at My Khe Beach, made famous in the American TV series of the same name. It stretches for many miles north and south of the Marble Mountains.
  • The Marble Mountains surrounding the area are five stone hillocks - once islands made of marble - and each is said to represent one of the five elements of the universe. There are many natural caves in which Buddhist sanctuaries have been built over the centuries.
  • Check in and spend the night at the hotel in Hue.

Day 7: Hue City Tour. Hue – Hochiminh City by plane. (B,L)

  • After your breakfast at your hotel, our local guide will pick you at hotel around 08:00 am to join the full day tour in Hue.
  • Start by boarding a boat to cruise on Perfume River then visit towering Thien Mu Pagoda.
  • You will have opportunity to understand about the underlying legends of the pagoda that also about the origin of this city while enjoying a scenic panorama overlooking the idyllic Perfume River and faraway mountains.   
  • Have lunch at local restaurant.   
  • Return to the center of Hue city to visit the massive Kinh Thanh Citadel.
  • You will be able to see the sprawling complex comprised of the Imperial City itself, with museums, lakes, lovely gardens in a series of concentric circles.   
  • Also visit the Forbidden Purple City, originally built in the early 1800s for the personal use of the emperor and once staffed by eunuchs who posed no threat to the royal concubines. Nearly destroyed in the Tet Offensive, the ruins today house the Royal Library and the grounds flourish with mimosa plants and vegetable gardens.
  • In the evening, you are picked up to transfer to Hue Airport to get the flight to Hochiminh city.
  • Overnight at the hotel in Hochiminh City.

Day 8: Hochiminh City Tour and Cu Chi Tunnel. (B,L)

  • In the morning, our local guide will pick you up at hotel around 08:00 to transfer to Cu Chi Tunnel (30km to 40 km from Saigon). At its height, the tunnel system stretched from Saigon to the Cambodian border. The network, parts of which were several levels deep, included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centre and kitchens. If be interested, you have opportunity to descend down the tunnels to understand how harshly the Vietnam guerrillas live during the war.
  • Then drive back to the city.
  • Have lunch at local restaurant.   
  • After that, proceed to discover the largest city in Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh city with its most prominent attractions such as Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon Center Post Office and visit the ethnic Chinese district at Binh Tay Market.
  • End tour at your hotel about 17:00 pm.
  • Overnight at hotel in Hochiminh City.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta. (B,L)

  • 08:00 depart for Cai be. It spend 2.5 hour to Cai Be then picked up at the first stop point Cao Dai Temple.
  • Take a sampan to visit the inland and floating markets of Cai Be which we have chance to see the daily life of local people as well as two local markets there.
  • Leaving the market, we continue with a hand-rowing boat tour to explore the Mekong river life. The small boat will travel through the tiny canals and lead you to the mysterious spots of Mekong Rustic.
  • Back to the main tourist boat and transfer to Mekong Rustic which is located on Tan Phong Island. Take a short rest, have a drink and taste the local fresh fruits.
  • We continue the trip by taking cycling around Tan Phong Island to visit the traditional handicraft workshops of handbags, rice papers along with wooden tables and chairs.
  • Finally, we keep on biking to the bang conical hat workshop. You will continue to cycle back to Mekong Rustic Restaurant for lunch with local food and break time before embarking on boat to leave Tan Phong Island for the pier to come back Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city

Day 10: Hochiminh City – Phan Thiet – Mui Ne (B)

  • Transfer to Muine The scenic 200km drive north on Highway One passes through the bustling city of Bien Hoa before cutting through dense rubber plantations.
  • Closer to Phan Thiet the terrain changes to arid semi-desert with cactus plants and strange looking dragon fruit trees.
  • Arrive in Muine and check into resort.
  • The rest of day is free to relax by the pool or on the sandy beach.
  • Overnight in Muine.

Day 11, 12 and 13: Mui Ne (B)

  • At leisure to enjoy the prime beach of Muine.
  • Overnight in Muine.

Day 14: Mui Ne – Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Departure Hochiminh City. (B)

  • After breakfast at hotel in Mui Ne,  you are transferred to the airport by our driver for your flight to next destination.
  • Trip ends at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
